A BIT ABOUT US
We are a student run organization that aims to educate and help fight the effects of Covid-19 in the Los Angeles Area . We have worked to raise over 1000 dollars though art commissions and bake sales. We will continue to work to better our community and alter the effects that Covid-19 has in our area.
We believe that as of right now, hospitals are the most in need of our help due to the rising cases of COVID-19, as well as the lack of proper government funding. We believe that helping hospitals and medical workers aligns strongly with our motto to “heal up”, as many communities with lower incomes or high populations of POC are disproportionately affected by COVID-19.
Helping others during this pandemic is the most important action we must take in order to save innocent lives from being taken away because of the lack of protective clothing. It is thus our goal to support medical workers with masks and safety gear to help flatten the curve. We hope that you will do your part and help us all get through this pandemic together.
MEET THE TEAM
During the start of Quarantine as we saw the world close up because of Covid-19, we wanted to do something. We didn't want to sit around and wait for others to end the pandemic for us. We wanted to help and aid front-line workers, small businesses, and our homeless community get through this extremely difficult time.
